Two years ago I read Jay BIlas’ book “Toughness”. It made an impact on me more than I can describe. I wanted to share it with others, and more specifically the young men I was coaching. I wanted to create a program to develop toughness not due to the fact I was the toughest person to walk to the earth (far far far from it), but because of the lack of toughness I had seen.
